Its the meme of the stepchild but in 90% of the households and with fathers who 100% have no intention of staying long term.

iirc, there is more childhood sexual abuse among blacks. I'm not 100% sure though. It creates a really terrible cycle that's hard to break once it gets started.

I havent heard of many studies done on it, but every condition is present for it to occur.
