oh i did, and finished with the concept of natural monopolies; that some industries, like utilities, are more efficient when there are only one or two providers with gov regulation. what works for natural monopolies does not work for other industries, and so having government operate those industries will be a disaster.

My understanding of the gun law change was that they need to do a registry and they can't necessarily auto-keep their service weapons, which already had to be locked up by default AFAIK
