I know, we’re all giving him a hard time because he’s been annoying lately. He’s done some pretty funny stuff. I loved his meme review with PewDiePie.

Any particulars? I watch him time to time, but he seems to be the same ol person he always has.

His annoying-ness is on a heightened level because the Squad is in the news. You can count on him railing about anti-semitism whenever Ilhan Omar or Rashida Tlaib is mentioned. Plus Iran escalating=Ben being a war hawk.

@yuma_8 I dont dislike him as much as my comments might suggest, its just me being sad that I cant enjoy his show for political news anymore because of the annoying things you mentioned

Funny. But I actually think he changed because he either wants to run for office in the next ten years or because he thought it would help him grow his podcast. He has done college speeches in those months but he is far less aggressive now.

I think if you dont run in a deep red district or state you attacking every leftist narrative under the sun and humiliating leftist might be offputting to voters in the middle, because they think that behaviour makes you alt right.

I dont think he would run for president without having any political office before that. He could stay as aggressive for a presidential run but not a local race

You have probably seen the video in which he says to some black guys poverty rates among african americans are due to their poor choices. The media would destroy him with that sort of stuff.

i mean i don't think he'd actually be destroyed, he'd probably say something like "did you finish high school? are you married? how many kids do you have with how many different women?" which arguably is incendiary but i don't think he'd be unprepared

if he ran, people that like him would probably still like him and people who don't probably would hate him more, middle people would fall down one side of the mountain or the other, but i spose thats how all candidates go with middlers

I dont think his positions are bad but its clips like that which the media can use to paint him as far right in the public eye. And the public perception is what matters if you want those votes in the middle. The media wouldnt let him present his views fairly.
