basically it's going to be pretty 50/50 either way between lib and con, so unless libs are going to cuck to ndp/green, cons should be able to pull ppc votes
unless ppc just eats away at the con votership near-exclusively and we end up with a lib+x govt

Geez. The class of chemicals she is referring to, Trihalomethanes, are usually referred to as disinfection byproducts. These chemicals can form because of a reaction with residual chlorine in drinking water to keep it disinfected. She’s literally complaining about something that’s the product of being able to treat water.
She’s complaining that extremely rural, tiny populations have some trouble treating water too. If it’s such a big deal, buy an RO filter for like 200 dollars. This problem could be solved in less than a week.
