... Ya.

2019-09-28 15:50:51 UTC

this a hate hoax?

2019-09-28 16:21:28 UTC

I hope not... Because it truly is dispicable.

2019-09-28 16:48:50 UTC

`“But it was actually my kids that questioned it and said ‘Mom, why is her face punched out?’ And when they said that, it did something to me on the inside and so I asked them, ‘What do you think it means that her face is punched out?’ and my seven year old said, ‘I think it means they want to silence her.’`

2019-09-28 16:49:07 UTC

file that under conversations that were made up

2019-09-28 16:49:34 UTC

Or very, very coached

2019-09-28 16:50:26 UTC

No 7-year-old has ever uttered the word 'silence' under natural circumstances

2019-09-28 16:52:59 UTC

lol the other picture example in the article someone colored a guys face in black. obviously a reference to his party leader trudeau

2019-09-28 16:55:05 UTC

Also, I don't know how things went in Canada, but down here in the USA the left started vandalizing campaign material first. plenty of video and instance of lefties destroying and stealing lawn sign and stuff

2019-09-28 16:59:40 UTC

Our parties aren't really binary. Among the notable parties now, the Liberals are more toward the "middle"

2019-09-28 17:00:35 UTC

NDP and Greens are more SocDem, Cons are like, Conservative-ish, PPC is guns and freedom

2019-09-28 18:46:41 UTC

Ya but in the end all our parties save the PPC are pandering to minority and special interest groups according to the leftist playbook and that includes the conservatives

2019-09-28 21:12:42 UTC

Honestly I hope Scheer gets in because I dont see a PPC homerun in their first election and he's less bad than Trudeau

2019-09-28 21:12:56 UTC

still voting PPC either way

2019-09-28 21:15:21 UTC

Do you need a parliamentary majority, could result in the situation that Scheer is dependent on PPC for it. Unless he is like the Swedish conservative that instead give the power to the socialist coalition, instead of working with the SD party

2019-09-28 21:16:20 UTC

yeah that would be the ideal scenario short of a PPC win

2019-09-28 21:17:11 UTC

basically it's going to be pretty 50/50 either way between lib and con, so unless libs are going to cuck to ndp/green, cons should be able to pull ppc votes

2019-09-28 21:17:37 UTC

unless ppc just eats away at the con votership near-exclusively and we end up with a lib+x govt

2019-09-28 21:19:06 UTC

The only reason that is “news worthy” is my gender

2019-09-28 21:19:12 UTC

so is there going to be an article anytime a woman does a thing for the first time?

2019-09-28 21:19:23 UTC

Yes

2019-09-28 21:21:33 UTC

"women thinks original thought, more at 4 pm"

2019-09-28 21:21:49 UTC

well we cant always have true pioneers, like the first space criminal

2019-09-28 21:22:45 UTC

Who the fuck cares, was my first thought when I read the headline.

2019-09-28 21:23:37 UTC

but she's a woman and she did a thing Men have been doing for decades

2019-09-28 21:27:17 UTC

Was she admitted under the same standards as her male counterparts?

No: Boo

Yes: Nice job, here’s a 🍪

2019-09-28 21:29:09 UTC

And is being admitted to a position the same as accomplishing something under said position?

2019-09-28 21:49:49 UTC

If she was admitted under the same standards, it is kind of an accomplishment these days.

2019-09-28 21:49:57 UTC

Sadly

2019-09-28 22:24:58 UTC

we joke about it, but they're literally doing that in britain

2019-09-28 22:47:23 UTC

Frickin' called it! Just you wait: in a few short years we'll be watching toddlers give lectures at the UN.

2019-09-28 23:09:31 UTC

I'm getting so tired of this 'out of the mouths of babes' crap. I get that UN types are finding their intellectual equals in the children that are currently addressing them, but still.

2019-09-28 23:44:53 UTC

Geez. The class of chemicals she is referring to, Trihalomethanes, are usually referred to as disinfection byproducts. These chemicals can form because of a reaction with residual chlorine in drinking water to keep it disinfected. She’s literally complaining about something that’s the product of being able to treat water.

2019-09-28 23:46:35 UTC

She’s complaining that extremely rural, tiny populations have some trouble treating water too. If it’s such a big deal, buy an RO filter for like 200 dollars. This problem could be solved in less than a week.

2019-09-28 23:47:37 UTC

There's also H20 in her water 😱

2019-09-28 23:48:22 UTC

@Dan V well, trihalomethanes are carcinogenic, but her claim rings hollow to me because i don’t know the concentration.
