I'm back,so if the cable itself is issue just get new one , or you can try to add some conductive paste inside the connection hole.

but if the issue is actually earphone,carefully open it up using rubber claps

just put it between the connector gently

and make new ones with properly isolated thin cables

you need rubber clamps and quite a bit of force
