Is rimworld threaded
No.
The dev has also talked about how making it run on threads would pretty much require rewriting it from scratch.
Yeah. Meh
got 16 cores but nothing to use them on
FeelsBadMan
I guess I'll just keep running deepfakes on blonde <:GWrjkKappaPeek:390299848416428035>
16 virtual machines :^)
Yeah. I kinda want to upgrade from my ryzen 1700x.
Thing does just fine for productivity, but cpu intensive games struggle late game. Stellaris was the same way.
I mostly play old games, so the only two that really stress the hardware are Kingdom Come and Kenshi
Everything else is steadily approaching "can run it on a watch" tier
You ever play 'Jones in the fast lane' it was a Sierra title from a long time ago. Was so addicted to that
its pretty much a board game
I have not
You had to get a job / go to school / pay rent it was fun for the time
The only Sierra games I think I've played from that era are Lode Runner and The Incredible Machine
And then the nearest two are Half Life and Tribes
Sierra was just a distributor basically
I remember liking Apogee
👌
I remember playeg the fuck out of biomenace
die reptile scum
Oh right, my copy of Ion Fury came in today
Always nice when the physical copy isnt some limited run shit
wait what
They made an oldschool shooter on an old engine?
neat
Alien Carnage
That's another one I remember loving
Terminal Velocity
We in the closest thing to an old school revival we're probably ever going to get
Newblood making em on new engines
3D Realms using the old engines
Romero made that megawad
Shadow Warror
so many games
Shadow Warrior is neat
Too bad the remake series turned into lootshit
I remember raging at raptor
I think Apogee was my favorite
