I agree, that wired shit isn´t really needed unless you want to do sports.
But you're still expected to put the cable around your ear.
That´s why they are built the way they are and that´s the way they can be worn comfortably and won´t fall out.

On a serious note: Get some memory foam tips. They make your buds stick way better in your ears, you can shove them in like you want and they block more noise from outside. If you get them from Ali, look for Newbees. They are good. And cheap.

I bought 4 pairs of foam tips I went through them all + the ones that came with tin t2 in a month.
