good I've been meaning to ask what Americans think about prostitution and gambling. In Europe these things are seen as kind of shady but noone thinks about banning them, but I understandthey are illegal in most states right?

the thing is legal escort services skirt the law by charging for ones time, while any activities done during said time are between consenting adults.

and if you pay someone for sex and film it, then its legal as well
