Just finished the first two seasons of The Orville, was surprised how solid the writing was if you are looking for a good scifi.

I feel its worth the 100 minutes it consumes.

StarGate is my barometre for what is a good scifi.

Yeah The few eps of The Orville I watched are really really good. Don't know if the quality has been kept up but what I've seen has been great!

BSG is a close second

BatB fans know quality entertainment when they see it.

Stargate has it's own streaming service that's all seasons and movies for 20 dollars a YEAR

Though I feel SGA was a bit of a step down from SG1 quality wise... I kind of enjoyed it more with it being more plot focused. Too bad it never got its 6th season or movie.

@DueyBear True SGA wasn't as good as SG1.... but we are talking like a 9.9 and a 9.8 in terms of difference.
