normies with guns means politicians can't force top down because their afraid of millions of people rioting, take away guns first, then top down auth ctrl
I think there should be mandatory rusty pitchfork task that are shoved up their ass everytime they pass this bullshit.
This is a VERY BAD idea...
So they propose enabling law enforcement to premptively take away someone's firearms BEFORE following due process.
They hang their hat on some dubious standard of 'mental health' that is entirely subjective.
we don't give terrorists due process
you don't have any IDEA if the person is a 'terrorist'. ANY dissedent is by DEFINITION a 'terrorist'
George Washington? TERRORIST
yup
any dissenter is a terrorist
you get it
Any dissent of the government can be interpreted as 'terrorist activity' and any object to the government can be brushed under the rug by labeling it 'crazy'
Might as well support direct confisciation if you support these policies because you know damn well the person in charge of assessing 'mental health' will be an anti-gun liberal
That moment when they claim "buy back program" that of which is to be voluntary, but ultimately will be mandatory.
How to make an enemy out of your citizens 101
Agreed. It's the same basic argument; trust THEM to decide who can have a firearm and who cannot.
Due process comes BEFORE you take someone's firearm... never AFTER
"Those willing to sacrifice freedom for security... deserve neither.."
Time and time again people fail to learn history inevitably repeating our past mistakes.
The one single entity with the worst track history is expecting you to trust them with your personal liberty.
George Santayana
Not anymore. This time we don't get a second chance. Genetically engineered elites around the corner. Nuclear weapons.
Some mistakes you don't GET to repeat....

Wew
After the state files the protection order then a judge sees it and grants a temp order allowing them to take the guns. So they cant just take your guns because someone considers you a threat.. or am I missing something
And its just a proposal not law, not yet anyway
That's the same thing people said about i-1639 in WA yet here we are.
gun buy back is gonna be America's Brexit
Funny how they disabled comments
Democracy at work
@Legalize gotcha. Still hadn't got around to watching it
I've seen this happen actually with a friend
@ManAnimal what'd he "do"
His brother was an asshole. Lazy, lived with his elderly mom and didn't do shit
My friend goes home to visit, sees the state of derepair, confronts the little fuck
His mother is one that always caves to the person who is willing to get violent or threaten
This went on for years till one day his brother strong-armed his mother to suport a Section 302.
Little brother breaks something of my friends knowing my friend will get pissed.
