Don't you need like a CNC to mill out an 80% lower?

All the parts Ive seen only needs a drill press to make like 3 holes

You have to make a few holes and then hollow out a few parts like the mag well

I suppose you could do that by hand if it came to it

Not really. The CNC I have only moves on 2 planes

To make your own you'd need one of those fancy pivoting drills on an arm

Well if you had a good lathe, like a good machining lathe, AND a cnc you could make your own lower
