Almost seemed to go smoother just because nobody is waiting to see who's going to respond first, but otherwise seems fairly typical
anyone else have a good laugh at the yang rally yesterday?
How bad was it
he said
automated trucks have a hard time driving when there is snow on the ground... bc it cant see the lines. but someone can tune into the truck from az or w/e and take control of the truck... my question for him is. why havn't they done that with trains or ships yet if its so ez?
he thinks there are going to be these multi ton vehicles cruising down the road w/o a passenger... hes only doing it bc its the number one job in the usa with people earning over 100k per yuear
in reality, lawyer, some doctors, accountants, and even programmers will lose their jobs to AI before truck drivers.
there is no immediate death if they mess up
train use has been increasing
increasing or decreasing
what does it matter
if the technology is there why wouldn't an A to B distribution company take use of its capabilities?
one is on a road with thousands of other drives, one is on a fixed rail, and the other is on the open ocean.
develop what
lol
take a moment
and think about what you're about to say
read what i wrote before you respond
if something is on a fixed track and you cant do it remotely why could you do it with thousands of variables x thousands of other vehicles connected on a network?>
we arn't talking abotu cars
im sure self driving scoooters would be cool as well
pogo sticks?
nah
you're changing the conversation bc you dont want to go on the merits
exactly
thats my point
if they cant do it on the most simple line why would they be able to do it on the most complicated/
slow down
kiddo
get the pen out of your ass and think
dont get defensive and ask quesitons
before you start defending your position of sand
you dont even know why i am brining this up yet
but you started to defend it
this is just the surface
save who money?
thats the question
save who
do you understand how the trucking industry works?
