If a phone works on tmobile LTE... will metro PCS service work on that phone? It supposedly uses t mobile's towers
@gnorc that's a little spotty if it's anything like here in canada
we have something like metropcs called chatr that uses other people's towers and it's down to the phone
you'd want to find reports of people saying it works before you buy anything
Sounds risky then... I can't find any reports on the phone I want, that supposedly only has bands for at&T and some tmobile
have you checked willmyphonework?
no, I will now, I'm kinda new to phones
i typically buy my phone off of the carrier so i'm not the best person to answer your question but hopefully i could be of some help
yeah this site is very helpful.. Seems to have a check on everything I throw at it, but people online seem to say only some bands are covered.. Maybe they're just reading info and haven't actually tried it themselves.
wew my new measurement mics arrived
i know there is a 'buy your own phone thread' for metropcs on some android forum
i flashed cyanogenmod on my phone and lost 2/3G access on metropcs
That sounds awful. I'm starting to think maybe I should just upgrade off metro, but it is nice and cheap.
