ali has some comfy yixings and gaiwans if you want teaware
@Maxumym cheaper jin xuans are artificially flavoured
I meant in general
like damn why are normies so quick to fall for flavoured tea
same reason normies fall for starshekels coffee
does ginseng oolong count as falling for the flavoured tea meme or am I alright
you know, that one in small pellets covered in ginseng powder
idk never tried it
I'm gonna go all out on an autistic chink tea haul soon though
pu-erh
is great shit
So mi max isn't a bad idea?
Aren't they on the verge of bringing out a new one?
Would rather buy one model back because I'm not made of money
Also stable
also updates
thx
@Phatique also, chink digital scales
yeah chink tea kitchen equipment
those round ones with a filter in?
yixings are good if you're only gonna be brewing one type of tea with it
otherwise, ceremic
or a gaiwan
drinking water out of a seasoned yixing mug feels really nice
do you have any link to a store that sell them?
just hit up ali and sort by price
The note 4 also looks good
should probably clarify what a yixing is before we start sounding like snake oil salesmen
yixing teaware is made from a specific type of clay named after the region where it's gotten and is unglazed
because it's unglazed it absorbs the taste of tea you brew in it
so if you say, brew oolongs in it
then suddenly brew a pu-erh, green or black
you're going to have your tea with a distinct oolong taste
are yixings not good to test different chink teas with?
do they stink old tea even if you wash them?
yixings should only be used with one type of tea for the reasons max mentioned
also important to note is that you shouldn't wash them with soap
oh shit didnt read what max said
ok thanks
