I had an item sent back from the post office, since the post office magically had lost it

and gb claimed "it gets destroyed and not sent back to us"

dutch shipping company said it got back to their NL warehouse

"we dont have an NL warehouse"

took like 10 emails back and forth in the support system

never take a partial refund

they'll eventually refund 100%

(or just do a paypal claim)

I got a full refund for my benjie s5's broken headphone jack

but it only broke after a few months

they usually do that when something isn't avaiable

What might have happened is that the adapter is sent seperately

so they send what is available

and send the missing item later

I've had the same thing happen when buying from chinese places
