what kind of modding do you do with bagelsport exactly?
like dials and stuff?
similar to how people mod the skx007?
Pretty much
Not _as_ common to mod, but the DG28 is a fairly common movement so there's lots of dial and hand options for it.
cool
any pics?
of modded examples
i havent modded a watch before and am a tiny bit interested
i wonder how much it would cost just get the parts you want
and walk to nearest clocksmith/jeweler "would you kindly"
I also just figured out I can do a sterile early explorer for less than $100
Depends on the watchmakers pricing, independent ones strapped for cash would probably do it for something like $20?
but if you want that glow maybe its worth it
that's pretty much literally one of the ideal mods in my eyes
All dials have luminescent markers though - including the stock ones
yes those just look too large maybe
is there tritium option for that watch base :D
No, tritium only comes in tubes and I really wouldn't trust chinks with anything radioactive of that level
chink tritium comes from same suplier than everyone elses
there is like handfull worldwide who make them
just wondering if mini half circle/D-tritium vial could fit
it would light the whole thing from one corner easily
I know there's some swiss who have autistic standards
Casio makes some analog watches with built in LEDs and Timex entire dial glowing on dmand if you want actual visibility
skx007 has pre good lume, equal to watches that are 2k+
never owned a tritium lume watch however
does it last
and how bright would you say it is
15 years or so depends when the vials were made
anyways the skx007 can get preeeeety dam bright
