this thing is too cheap to be a ceramic heater so you've probably just got a length of nichrome in there, and it doesn't specify resistance thereof or current so yknow, might blow out your usb controller with horrible over current

also: with just a length of nichrome it'd be a fire hazard in need of constant supervision whenever plugged in
