at some point there was a news that estonian post is overwhelmed with the amount of packages they receive from china... they don't have infrastructure to deal with it, lol

2017-06-28 13:04:18 UTC

so it's possible your shit will stay in tallinn forever

2017-06-28 13:05:25 UTC

2017-06-28 13:06:08 UTC

2017-06-28 13:07:27 UTC

2017-06-28 13:07:42 UTC

every damn company should be forced to have live chat

2017-06-28 13:07:57 UTC

that is why I like amazon

2017-06-28 13:09:22 UTC

@DeftBeck I like first and third, the second one is ugly

2017-06-28 13:09:28 UTC

posti live chat is pretty good

2017-06-28 13:09:34 UTC

@KING LIAM there is now arriving 10 million packets from china yearly in Finland

2017-06-28 13:09:34 UTC

only good thing about posti i guess

2017-06-28 13:10:00 UTC

@Make and posti is in suicide watch

2017-06-28 13:10:03 UTC

@KING LIAM The second one is really only for when you need to carry like one or two things, like if you're at an outdoor concert or fair or something

2017-06-28 13:10:10 UTC

that is a lot considering the population

2017-06-28 13:10:23 UTC

I like the first one because I'm a disgusting person who needs to carry everything electronic he owns at all times

2017-06-28 13:10:40 UTC

Third one is a nice piece of luggage that'll fit in the carryon on flights

2017-06-28 13:11:13 UTC
2017-06-28 13:11:23 UTC

for everyday small stuff/concert

2017-06-28 13:11:45 UTC

and yes, the third is nice if you travel with hand luggage/lightweight

2017-06-28 13:11:49 UTC

Looks a bit too much like a purse for my liking

2017-06-28 13:12:00 UTC

>going to concerts
we have king of normies here

2017-06-28 13:12:10 UTC

I'm going to see Caravan Palace on Saturday

2017-06-28 13:12:15 UTC

I am a normie outside 😛 but I don't like it...

2017-06-28 13:12:15 UTC

Yes, electro swing is pretty Reddit

2017-06-28 13:12:27 UTC

but it'll be a good show

2017-06-28 13:13:00 UTC

but your third is nice for travelling lightweight/hand luggage

2017-06-28 13:13:09 UTC

Yeah

2017-06-28 13:13:20 UTC

I paid about $64 total for all three, because of the Muzee sale that went on a few weeks ago on Aliexp

2017-06-28 13:13:26 UTC

I think I want it...

2017-06-28 13:13:30 UTC

oh that's a good deal

2017-06-28 13:13:41 UTC

Saved about $5-10 on each item, plus a $4 coupon on the total

2017-06-28 13:14:33 UTC

I'm always looking for neat gadgets and small items, which is why Aliexp is fun. I usually see the same items rebranded and more expensive in pop culture stores and Walmart months later

2017-06-28 13:15:11 UTC

For example, I see that Walmart and Best Buy are now selling those multi-outlet USB chargers popular with such outlets as Anker, UGREEN and Aukey

2017-06-28 13:15:41 UTC

None of the retail ones have USB-C outlets, though. The only USB-C items I see at retail are single-outlet chargers from Belkin

2017-06-28 13:16:27 UTC

Mainly intended for Pixel phones. There's also a number of Gamestop Nintendo Switch chargers, though almost all of them charge at sub-optimal wattage

2017-06-28 13:17:53 UTC

I think that it takes a minimum of two to three months for an OEM to produce a mass-market electronic accessory, assuming they don't launch alongside a new cell phone, in which case they probably made an arrangement beforehand (MFi program)

2017-06-28 13:18:16 UTC

what about shipping costs?

2017-06-28 13:18:34 UTC

also, ugreen's products are quality. or at least look like they are . not sure about housefires

2017-06-28 13:20:45 UTC

I only support electronic accessory companies on Aliexp that have a lot of crowns next to their name. I think that the overall safety of these products are improving over time, due to OEMs pressuring each other to build consumer loyalty and trust. Given the political climate of China, I think that the main pressures are market-based, rather than bureaucratic

2017-06-28 13:21:00 UTC

if you want usb cables or chargers buy anker or ugreen
