I'm no hifi autist but I found anker bluetooth earphones that IMO have a very similar sound to Xiaomi Hybrids, which is good enough for me

also 7 hours of playback on a single charge so I'm happy

They are expensive i can buy kz5 and bluetooth cable for that price
