Also I just found out how scary phones are. Since my brother got that s7 I was telling you guys about that's shit. So like I've never owned a locked phone before. When I was a wee lad I had a TracFone and when I was in highschool I bought my own and eventually got a XiaoMi but I always buy unlocked to just throw an at&t sim in and just run with it. So my brother gets this phone that's locked to Sprint. And it boggles my mind how you can't just throw a sim in it and it runs you have to have Sprint control everything

But it gets worse

The phone was actually locked to boost Mobile, a derivative of Sprint. We went to the store and like got him the sim and whatnot and like when he had it set up and everything it preinstalled a bunch of apps and they were all super anti-richard Stallman kinda shit. Like it installed some slots game and gave him a couple free passes and gave him a few other useless normie apps and shit. Some he deleted.

They even CHANGED HIS WALLPAPER TO THEIR LOGO

Kinda surprised Aus carriers don't really lock postpaid phones anymore tbh
