because I'd be using a lightweight OS anyway

and battery life is worth it, CPU frequencies have a peak mv usage/freuqency area anyway

higher mhz != speed proportionate to the increase

like there reaches a point where if I underclock by 20% I gain much more power effiency than performance that I lose

so I'll lose say 5% performance and never have to deal with throttling or it being hot by underclocking it by 20%
