Snow White makes pretty decent student pens. I have a couple and it's nice to keep around since it doesn't dry out.

washi tape can be used for different stuff 😁 I stick it all around my sketchbook or notebook pages, sometimes also on the covers to make plain black sketchbooks look less boring

I've used some on postcards I've sent on Postcrossing too
