@Millwood 1 plate = 45lbs (a little more than 20kg). so 1.5 plates, is around 70lbs each side + bar weight which is around 35lbs
so bench 160lbs to 170lbs, depending on which set i'm on.
thats respectable
it's my weakest lift.
especially considering how big iam
i'm 6' 220 lbs, i should be able to bench a lot more i feel.

but i think i'm going to transition away from power lifting, and move towards more functional training modalities
imo bench is nicer with dumbells
the new gym i'm at has sand bags, and agility ladders and medicine balls, and nice kettle bell set
nice part about functional training is it includes cardio in tehre, so i can probably shorten my workouts a bit.
i always liked being able to track progress with numbers
yeah, that's nice thing about using dumb bells and bar bells.
i havent lifted in years tho
i'll probably have to evaluate my priorities though, to see if i want to lift for looks, power, or functionality
