i find that the automatic contrast option is usually the easiest to deal with

or just standard

bcz then it takes away even the color warmth options

Standard on mine is pretty cool, I use dci-p3 option

increased contrast is supposed to improve sun visibility but idk

is there a big difference in blacks between lcd and amoled?

Yeah, LCD black is grey compared to amolef

amoled can have small battery savings and great contrast, but they can have burn in over time

they literally turn off pixels for blacks on amoled, it makes stuff like VR much cooler looking
