you search for "full-grain" "top-grain" or belting leather

even split leather if you want to cut costs

if someone sells shit like that as "full-grain" then yeah your complain would be on the spot

real stuff tends to have them but obviously ground and polyurethaned does not

None, it's pretty uniform.

It does have some texture.

id just drop 3-4 star rating "got impression of good quality leather, but upon arrival noticed that its obviously Bonded leather (ground leather bits and glue)
