Ha, good one tbh
imagine unironically having yellow fever
Imagine not having yellow fever
have you and porco swapped gfs yet?
I don't want chinks
Could be fun to bully though because she can't say R
@Millwood uhhh what's the rated amperage listed on the hair dryer?
It might not work at full power in Japan
like your whole apartment might only get 10A total
and you gotta pay more for more amperage
yes Japan is terrible
Hmm, I need to check
cause I know Britbongs always complain when they move to NA and their 3 kilowatt kettles no longer work at full power here
dont they have one 230V socket for the cooker
in an apartment? In *Japan*?
you get a single burner.
sometimes 2.
idk thats what i remember from one guy in kyoto
when I stayed in Tokyo, the apartment had 1 burner, a microwave, a mini fridge, and an AC
We're talking old house here so I dunno how their sockets are
and we were warned to turn off the AC if we used the burner
otherwise it'd go over amps
if it's an old house, 100% it's all 2 prong sockets
Yeah, probably
some plugs might have a hookup for a ground wire
wish my plug had a hookup :(
https://www.kepco.co.jp/english/home/denki/images/denki01_img02.jpg right is apparently what a 200V plug looks like in Japan
https://www.japan-guide.com/g18/2225_01.jpg left is a grounded plug in Japan because Japs hate doing things the smart way
