I take two scoops of whey and a dosage of creatine daily after working out
Kratom helps but it’s still stimulating in its own way so it’s kinda weird

Kratom is more for pain but he red veins are good for anxiety

So I do kratom/l-Theanine for anxiety itself and a combo of b6 and kelp for the physical shakes and tremors
Each kratom comes from a colored vein, be it white, green, or red
White = energy
Red = calm
Green = in between
Basically
I usually just take Fish oil in the mornin & L Arginine + Zinc/Mangese/calcium blend right before bed
