Well you realise that we're talking to. a guy who doesn't know US law right? he will think first use as a brand new AR reciever not a brand new pistol reciever
That difference is literally a felony worth
Pistol recievers ARE a thing.

Always remember what you're fighting for.
I'm going to turn 21 in august, what would be good start to firearms?
Depends, do you care more about home defense, general Target shooting, or carrying/self-defense
self- defense
Recommending a carry gun is difficult, as everyone has different preferences, clothing choices, carry positions, etc. They like.
However, the Glock 43 and the S&W M&P Shield 9 M2.0 are considered the best carry guns for most. Reliable, affordable, accurate enough, and easy to conceal.
If you can manage to hide a gun easy depending on your size, compact double stacks such as the Glock 19, M&P Compact, Sig P320C, etc. Are great options.
do you have any educational resources I can read about or any websites you would recommend to someone who is just new to shooting guns in general?
maybe start with your state laws about self defence, what you can carry / concealed carry
paul got some cool advice
