It seems we are very close to being able to craft the right metamaterials and layer them, the properties we need is a structure that can slow the speed of light within itself and also encase polaritons in quantum wells, from what i understood of what Dr. Jack Sarffati said, inducing current into these materials is what causes the negative energy to accumulate, however the problem is that they are too small to affect anything, and that is because of the rigidness of spacetime, therefore we would need to manipulate the speed of light so that its rigidness decreases to the point where is easily mallable.

It reminds me of the tic tac that was released long ago, there is undeniable evidence that advanced aircraft are flying around, the reason that they move like that is because they are isolated from the surrounding spacetime.

My theory is that the secret space program is for the elites to create their breakaway civilization and perhaps let this world just decimate with us in it.

What if... What if the elites were the ancient "gods" all along, but always reset and come back to mankind when we have nothing and everyone is awestruck by their tech and think they are deities? I mean, i dont know what the motivation for this would be, so its probably not what happens.
