so if we know that old server is for sure gone, they supposedly won't have messages retained according to their website
meaning they may have selective posts retained for the actual violation, which can be argued that they were taken out of context, or banned wrongly
worst case you caveat it with an account deletion after 24 hours so you can pull whatever data you want
