If you're rolling around or doing handstands in the holster, yeah it's going to fall out. Trex makes them on the looser end. Most the time though your body pressing against it will keep it retained. I've done a few 5k runs with the holster and never had it pop out though.

both were pretty mediorce

If I sat down too hard my gun would bounce a little and I've had it pop out, it was always either too tight or loose

Also you could easily shake the gun out with the nomad
