I think I use about 6 pals loops on my belt, but I'm running fairly minimalist.

I believe individual. IF you look at the pics, there are individual sleeve deals going on there. I believe those are the molle panels

Rifle and pistol, don't think I need molle for holster, and a few more accessories here and there

i only have 2 panels on my belt because i have 2 pistol mags, 1 rifle mag.

my first aid kit directly attaches to the belt and so does my holster
