The harness isn't uncomfortable but honestly a normal plate carrier setup isn't bad either

It was kinda nice when I had side plates tho

It's hard to say whether or not the structure of the harness is worth it without any context

Some people will always prefer a normal cummerbund

Also sizing the avs is awful

Nobody knows how to do it

And you need the cummerbund to be tight for the harness to work properly

So I suspect a lot of people who found no improvement or say that the avs is too floppy just have it sized badly 🤷
