Romanians were good boys but then didn't help in the warsaw or hungarian uprisings so they didn't get dragnunov tech assistance and had to make the PSL

East Germans were good boys, there were plans to export the Tunguska system to them

They also had AKs/AKMs/AK74s that are perfectly interchangable with Russian/Bulgarian kits
