HPG is somewhat low-vis if you're in the outdoors but carrying rifle mags low vis will never not be a 🤔 for me

@whatsthat agreed. I have HPG's Runner's Kit Bag to carry my G43 inside a Trex AIWB, phone, keys, and energy gels on runs. Takes some adjustment to get it positioned correctly but it works like a charm

I would take kywis over tacos. I've never used the gcode ones but they are just tacos so 😠

The retention is more consistent. They don't rely on elastic cord. They are lower profile and more solid feeling. They don't flop around

You heat the kydex wedge from.the kywi and hold it shut then put it in and the retention will be tighter

@Daemonhammer I have a pair of Tacos on my belt, they're ok, but the retention system needs work

meh i wouldn't put random shit (not mags) in open top kydex pouches if i could avoid it

also it's a little much for single mag pouches, if you want a pair of mag pouches get a dual carrier
