3m medical tape
North American rescue medical shears and nitrile gloves
quick clot or celox impregnated z fold clouting gauze.
north American rescue or H&H compressed gauze
2 north American rescue hyfin chest seals (they can come in a set so get that)
a black sharpie

You should have an ifak and if you have medical training that your proficient in then you should carry stuff to work on others
