But wouldn’t the lung collapse?

2019-09-22 07:36:09 UTC

make another hole

2019-09-22 07:36:10 UTC

Again?

2019-09-22 07:36:13 UTC

with a bullet

2019-09-22 07:36:31 UTC

@Crack cookah theyre gonna be in a hospital

2019-09-22 07:36:37 UTC

Get air out of lungs, perform surgery closing all holes, idk I’m not a surgeon

2019-09-22 07:36:43 UTC

theyll have more than enough shit to make lung work

2019-09-22 07:38:24 UTC

Do you wince when you see someone telling another person with no exp to kneel on an injury before applying a dressing/tq

2019-09-22 07:38:27 UTC

@Kali when you go to the ER and have the same problem they put a tube into the exact same place you put the decomp needle. They would literally just leave it in until they knew what was going on inside you and probably just switch it out later or do a lower intercostal and take it out.

2019-09-22 07:38:49 UTC

That makes the most sense

2019-09-22 07:39:31 UTC

I assumed you had to keep the pressure ratio the same until you entirely fixed the patient but didn’t know how

2019-09-22 07:40:07 UTC

Fuck a knife fight victim would be awful to try and patch up

2019-09-22 07:40:20 UTC

@Kali is you have an arterial bleed kneeling on it until its able to be packed and TQ'd is legit

2019-09-22 07:40:20 UTC

To many holes

2019-09-22 07:41:58 UTC

To clarify I mean when you’re a lone guy and you have a tq, he has a tq, there’s plenty of tq a or otherwise supplies available. It’s a waste of time to apply that pressure on an injury when you can spend those several seconds getting the tq on since applying that pressure will counteract trying to get a tq on

2019-09-22 07:42:33 UTC

you can do both at the same time

2019-09-22 07:42:55 UTC

and if its a serious bleed they can die in a few seconds

2019-09-22 07:43:12 UTC

you kinda need to do everything you can to keep blood inside of them

2019-09-22 07:43:22 UTC

I’ve never found it applicable unless the wound is on the upper part of the limb so you’re able to bend the lower end to allow easier access

2019-09-22 07:43:46 UTC

you just upstrap the tq and go under the limb

2019-09-22 07:43:47 UTC

I’ve only done training though, never had to do it on a person

2019-09-22 07:43:49 UTC

in a sawing motion

2019-09-22 07:43:53 UTC

it slides up to your knee

2019-09-22 07:44:34 UTC

I’m always so worried it gets caught on something but I probably just need more hands on in that case

2019-09-22 07:45:21 UTC

Velcro on a tq never seems to want to catch until it’s halfway up a casualty’s leg

2019-09-22 07:45:41 UTC

if you aren't destroying his balls while trying to tq his thigh then you are wrong

2019-09-22 07:45:55 UTC

@Cataclysmo crushed my nuts and took me on a date after

2019-09-22 07:46:14 UTC

Sounds like I need to train with you boyos 🥶🚨

2019-09-22 07:46:18 UTC

This is all ofc no homo though

2019-09-22 07:46:53 UTC

As long as you don’t ghost after that date

2019-09-22 07:48:45 UTC

@Kali every day at my work we make eachother do random self applications of TQs

2019-09-22 07:48:56 UTC

we have like 6 different kinds

2019-09-22 07:49:09 UTC

Where do you work? Hospital?

2019-09-22 07:49:11 UTC

the cat gen 7 is the best one for self application because it sticks

2019-09-22 07:49:26 UTC

it stays put when you pull it tight

2019-09-22 07:49:30 UTC

the rest of them spin in place

2019-09-22 07:49:59 UTC

2019-09-22 07:50:30 UTC

2019-09-22 07:50:32 UTC

Who sells gen 7s on the good price?

2019-09-22 07:50:54 UTC
