at my old job there was a constant chance something loud could happen at any time

You can set it pretty low but then they're just dumb headphones

so it was pretty much all the time ear pro for me

and then you can't talk to anyone

You can turn the volume down but then it all goes down and you can’t talk

And you’re still getting the annoying noise piped through the headphones
