What*
Probably the lack of nades
Idk what the flare launchers are made of
Maybe a thick plastic like a traditional flaregun
Or its metal and just a workaround idk where they draw the like
Doesnt seem hard to replace with steel if you have access to a cnc
or just line the barrel with steel
Oh right, the launchers are fine but each round must be registered or some shit. Time for tannerite and sugar rockets?
im not sure if were talkin 40mm or 37mm flare launchers right now
^^
40mm HE rounds each get their own stamp, chalk rounds are g2g just order online
37mm is all fair game as long as you dont drop the conversions into them for actual live rounds
So i could have something like the m32
As long as i promise not to use HE rounds
Are you allowed to attach it to your rifle without a stamp?
An M203, so 40mm.
I think civilian versions might be 37mm because that gets around some bullshit law about the ammo.
I wouldnt mind having a 37mm
Just for dickin around
What conversion are you talking about?
I remember ATF was kicking the idea of changing their status however as I recall that never went anywhere
@Red Korvo multi shot civilian legal launchers
i think its just whatever the interpretation of "antipersonnel" is
They seem like more than i wana spend
cuz its technically a signal device
^^^^^^^^^
Ok, 40mm is a destrucvtive device. 37 isnt. Both were sold to civilians. Shotgun shell conversion kits exist. Each 40mm nade is a dear device with a $200 stamp.
rifled 37 is a dd
each exploding 40mm nade is a dd w/ stamp
not normie ones
The shotgun shell conversations for flare guns are a NFA item. Wouldn't that do the same for 37mm?
Im just going from the wiki page on the M203.
I don't get how the launcher AND the ammo is a DD.
because explosives
Because the government hates us
ATF rulings are a clusterfuck
because after a certain caliber things become DDs
otherwise 40mm cannons would be firearms
shotgun shell conversions are nfa because they are sbs's
not that theyre dds
