Cut them off. What watch are you wearing that's causing this? Consider switching to a different watch or wear a nato strap that elevates the watch off your wrist so it won't rub as much. Also, from your tan line it seems you're wearing your watch forward of your ulnocarpal joint (the bone lump on your wrist), consider moving the watch behind that joint as well to relieve friction.
