@HeroicJkroy Who knows what the human brain is capable of, we only use 10-14%. Basic meditation and lucid dreaming is just the surface. Chi/prana are ancient energies harnessed by focusing the body through meditation, you've seen the stuff tibetan monks can do and chinese martial artists who can chop fucking slabs of concrete

Takes years of practise, but the more you do the greater the experiences.

I believe in past lives. I never really gave it a thought as I was raised Christian but I had a violent awakening as in rapid and I started to know things about people and remember them from before. Telling some one their favorite color and details about themselves freaks them out

It was so intense that I ended up rushing myself out of the trance resulting in insane heart palpitations

Sleep hypnosis is done through positive affirmations
So you are given positive suggestions, lie in your most comfy position, think about this, picture that, its actually insane how it works
you have to lie so still and resist any itching sensations you may have, and you end up tricking your body into thinking its asleep
