Tbh I feel as if their really isn’t a after life but more of reincarnation

Then the universe has a finite amount of mass, neither gaining or losing. Therefor our bodies, brains and what not are part of that finite material, meaning that we as individuals are parts of the universe manifest into unique individuals that have never existed before, and never will exist again. Making you truly unique in that way.
