What didn’t you like about the APC?
it wasnt comfortable, some of the seams started fraying (but didnt tear fully, just got caught in velcro from time to time), not exceptionally light for being as simple as it is, swiftclips had no use for me but thats my fault, shoulder straps are too close together and uncomfortable without buying additional pads
does the JPC have any of those problems?

the biggest thing holding me back is that I’m too poor to afford decent plates for the time being so I’d be the guy with a $200 plate carrier and all it has is foam inserts
if you cant afford plates dont get a carrier
that’s why I don’t have one
when i got my APC i didnt even take it out the plastic for a month until i got plates
