No, this currently lives in my car, for problems that arent solved by an ifak.. it's got the triangle bandages, bandaids, gauze, sam splint. Meds
If thats the TQ I think it is, then you've got a problemo with some items

I carry 2 of those, one belt, one on my dangler, and the third is in the bag
always good to have more
especially with TQs and even decomps to a lesser extent
I don't trust you with a decomp
I've only heard of it but some times one decomp can become complicated and no longer work. Now reinsertion is technically a no-no
So its another item that its good to stock
And also if you're on the heavier side, look into getting a longer needle. Original NAR ones can fall too short and don't get through fat and muscle layers to actually pierce the diaphragm
