This might be stupid, but Ruger has very little info on their site. Do 10/22's have drop safeties?

Why would anyone care about drop safeties in anything at all then? And I'm not scared, just trying to understand as much as I can about it. Understanding it's safety systems (or lack thereof) just seems responsible.

Lol, my brother actually tried the AR with a .22 upper and the ".223 is basically .22" trick. No dice.

Awesome. Also, too late, already bought it. Just waiting for the waiting period. It's always going to be useful. New shooters, kids, friends, just want to shoot and not buy pricey ammo, beater gun, etc. And I'm easy on my stuff, so I can always sell it if I really want to.

I do plan on getting a sling eventually though.
