I could hit mine in theory. Only in one direction and only if the bullet managed to make it another 800 yards.

It’s not that I don’t want to use one, more that I don’t think it’s something I really need to carry

You still need a handheld light, and there aren’t a lot of situations where it’s so dark you can’t get a hit

Does having your light on minimize the effect of your muzzle flash blinding you?

If I was a cop or something I would obviously want one, but in my personal use case I didn’t think it was worth adding to the shit I already carry

I think target ID is super important
