@Red Korvo congratulations
Chicken winging is less stable and more fatiguing
Excellent choice @Red Korvo
@Red Korvo congratulations tyfys
@Red Korvo fuck off
@Red Korvo 🎉
Unironically take your 10/22 to an Appleseed class @Red Korvo
If you’re shooting correctly your firing arm is going to be partially supported by your trunk
@Beekeeper I was mocked for wanting a sling that holds the rifle upright when in front of you because I must want it for transitions, and now you're telling me to hold it better.... for transitions. Kek.
@PunishedSmug will do.
Get tech sights first and a GI sling
What sling were you trying to get
550 cord
Prob
MS1, but only because I'll put it on an ar some day. But at the time I was asking about how to mount it.
So proud of Korvo
Post your name and address so I can come congratulate you
Someone was fucking with you @Red Korvo
There are better slings for the money though
Tbh magpul slings are <:nobulli:606684860282830850> tier
I just liked how versatile it was, and I know magpul has a good reputation. What should I look at? I dont mind buying a sling above the 10/22's pay grade because I'll reuse it and get a simple one to replace it.
@Red Korvo you were mocked for wanting to do transitions with a 10/22 and no pistol, but the form you learn while you learn how to shoot should be universally applicable
Just get a GI sling for the 10/22 tbh
Someone get me a 4th BFG OD padded sling
Smug is right and shouldn't be ignored here. GI sling is good for basic knowledge and use
Get one for like 8-10 bucks at a surplus store
honestly any sling is gonna be fine for a 10/22
@fjogert except never once did I say I wanted to do transitions, read the logs.
What the fuck?
but it’s a universally applicable form
so you should learn it
🤔
Get these too
https://www.tech-sights.com/ruger-products/
that’s like the only reason you’d care about having the rifle be upright on its sling
"I must want it for transitions" was their assumption.
why else would it need to stay upright
It just seemed more practical in general.
