acog is like 9-11oz including mount, LPVOs start at 15oz and cantilever mounts are hevvy

in short, if acog and lpvo were women, the lpvo would be fatter but with the same size tiddies

LPVO offers a ton more capability and I think you have other problems if you’re griping over 4 ounces

it's easily an additional 12 depending on the scope cantilever mount

I know this because I have an AK74 with an ACOG that weighs less than my AR15 with LPVO

but the rail on the ak was SLR rifleworks 13.5" so i call it fair

Between fixed and LPVO, LPVO gang all day. Holo and magnifier with **RISER** is the real answer though.
