I see you post in the thread talking about how Hesco makes un-certified plates and caution against them as if NIJ means anything

NIJ doesn't do the testing

They're sent to certified labs around the world

So a manufacturer will send a batch sample to niggalabs in Kansas for level III testing, pass, get approved with paperwork and if the manufacturer intended the plate to be special threat they'll do another set of testing at the same lab for specific threats

and specs can be cheesed past NIJ, RMA did it before

So stop saying dumb shit in the thread
