but you also hate big titty gyarus, so its more likely you're just retarded
Just taking existing sfandard attachment systems and applying them to guns
what is the keymod-esque one called?
m lok?
🤔
The shelving system thing
pegboard
no
???
It's literally the same exact shape as keymod rails
Keyhole brackets
kek
thats it
ye that's very similar
N-tek
Yeah that's it
Every time I look at keymod I think back to retail wagecucking
My job doesnt have it
Its more of a tab
i wanna go back to plates real quick
are special threat plates a better choice than level 4s when it comes to weight and protection factors? Do most users here run spec threat or just level 4?
Pros and cons for each. You just have to weigh them. Asking yourself questions like "what kind of threats am I likely to face" and "will I be more likely to wear my armor if it's comfortable"
i can't speak for people in here, but most people in general just get level 4 so they know they're covered against whatever
when you start selling plates for gov and private contracts and deployments, you start looking at the actual threats the wearer is likely to face
>protection factors
🤔
so it might be perfectly fine to put someone in a light weight, low vis steel plate that's rated against M43 because thats what he's gonna get shot at with
Weight to protection ratio* soz
>steel
<:hoovy:346387994824933376>
theres specialty steel armor for discreet wear, that isn't AR500
Yeah but why
i'm just talking about the realities of the market, not whether something is a good idea
@tacticoolyourjets to stop niggas from finding out you're a poorfag
and why you have special threat plates
Discrete wear is important for steel
I think ill just do what dim is doing but with 3810s instead, then pick up level 4s down the line
If you're going to do the whole "threats I'm likely to face"
then that would be nothing larpers
